How can I report a bug in one of your apps?
You can report bugs by emailing us at support@k-ube.com with a description of the issue, the device you're using, and your app version. Screenshots or screen recordings are very helpful.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) directly. Please visit the respective store's support page to request a refund for any purchase.
Can I request a new feature?
Absolutely! We love hearing from our users. Send us an email with your feature request and we'll consider it for future updates.
How do I delete my account or data?
Please email us at support@k-ube.com with your account details and we'll process your data deletion request within 30 days, in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.
Do your apps work on both iOS and Android?
Most of our apps are available on both platforms. Check the individual app listing on the App Store or Google Play for platform availability.
